The key function of this controller is to Watlow has eliminated the need for prepping wiring for terminals and finding the adequate terminations. This power controller is a user friendly and simple to install with all components preassembled. Additional features include zero cross switching that extends the life of both the power switch and heater. The controller switches fast and providing precise control of the heater element and process. The Din-A-Mite ensures long term reliability handling high current application requirements, spikes in current, and dissipates less power.

The Watlow Din-A-Mite A power controller sustains low-cost, compatibility, and versatile solid state option for controlling electric heating components. As in all Din-A-Mite series power controllers, Watlow has includes DIN-rail and panel mounting for easy installation. Additionally this power controller is mercury free and include single-phase zero cross switching up to 25 amperes at 600VAC. Furthermore this power controller holds a unique integrated design that eliminates guesswork associated with selecting a proper heat sink and adequate terminations for the application.
Watlow Din-A-Mite B
The Watlow Din-A-Mite B power controller is an all in one device that is designed and manufactured
with the quality features expected from Watlow. The design is compactable, versatile for solid state option for electric heat control and maintains a low cost. This power controller is built without mercury and includes single-phase and three-phase zero cross switching. Allowing up to 40 and 22 amperes, respectively, at 600VAC. This power controller also holds a unique integrated design that eliminates guesswork associated with selecting a proper heat sink and adequate terminations for the application. Additional options are variable time-base, 4-20mA process control and VAC/VDC input contactor versions. Watlow also offers a shorted output alarm option. The Din-A-Mite A power controller includes 200KA short circuit current rating (SCCR) tested up to 480VAC.

The Watlow Din-A-Mite C silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) power controller is a cost efficient solid state relay for electrical heating. This power controller is has quality design and comes standard with DIN-rail, panel mount or through-wall mounting options. Additional features include single-phase, three-phase/two leg, and three-phase/three leg, 24-600VAC operation. The current switch capabilities range from 30 to 80A. Furthermore the Watlow Din-A-Mite C offers variable time-base, linear voltage and current process control or VAC/VDC input. This controller is configurable from Watlow manufacturing and includes 200KA short circuit current rating (SCCR) tested up to 480VAC.
Watlow Din-A-Mite D
The Watlow Din-A-Mite D silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) provides an inexpensive, versatile product for controlling heat in an efficient package. It is manufactured with quality features and the standard mounting footprint matches that of the industry. This power controller is mercury free and is capable of zero cross switching up to 100 amperes single-phase. Depending on the model this controller can operate at 600VAC at 86°F (30°C). Also it can combine the input of two or three controllers to allow control of three-phase loads. The Din-A-Mite D is completely touch-safe and includes on-board, front-accessible, semiconductor fuses. Additional options include a current transformer for load current monitoring and shorted output alarm. Also variable time-base, 4-20mA process control and VAC/VDC input contactor.
