HeaterLogix Band Heaters Mineral Insulated (MI)
HeaterLogix mineral insulated band heaters have a higher capacity of watts per square inch and maximum heating temperatures because of its thermal design. In addition, these band heaters are protected in a corrosion resistant sheath and have a compact mineral insulation. The magnesium oxide insulation is the key component that allows for high operating temperatures up to 14oo degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally the insulation will allow for rapid heat-up capabilities and provide no fear of failure.

HeaterLogix band heaters have two constructions dependent on application requirements, MICA and Mineral Insulated. The function of MICA and MI band heaters is very similar but differ in operating capacity.
