HeaterLogix Band Heaters MICA

HeaterLogix high temp mica band heaters have a high-quality mica construction that consists of the Phlogopite mineral. This design offers 2 times the watts per square inch than other conventional band heater products at 70w/sq. inch providing more efficient heat transfer. In addition, to ensure a quality with the construction, all connections are 100% nickel wire and TIG welded connections, not crimped. Also, a variety of lead protection systems are available to protect against flexing, abrasion and contamination. The max operating temperature of the HeaterLogix high temp mica band heater is 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.

HeaterLogix band heaters have two constructions dependent on application requirements, high temp Mica and Mineral Insulated. The function of MICA and MI band heaters is very similar but differ in operating capacity. Both HeaterLogix band heater constructions share the wide variety of terminal lead options to fit the specific need of the application. Additionally, these heaters can hold higher temperature capacity with their unique high temperature technology. The strong design ensures long lasting heaters and limited down time for efficient process solutions.
